How it works

I’m an Integrative Therapist. I’m able to draw on a number of other therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic and Transactional Analysis. This training allows me to tailor these approaches to your own unique individual needs.

I meet regularly with an experienced supervisor who helps me reflect on my work and continue my own personal and professional development. This ensures my work with you remains ethical, thoughtful, and fully focused on your wellbeing

I

My practice is grounded in person-centred therapy.
This means I offer you acceptance, empathy, kindness, and authenticity as you explore whatever feels difficult or confusing.

Together we can reconnect you with your inner strength and wisdom and explore areas that may feel challenging for you. This can help you develop much greater confidence, ease and a more fulfilling sense of being the unique person you really are.
